Well it seems good old Alden Allen Jr. is still in Jail. This is great news to hear and hopefully he will do his time and then some. I fixed the link to his custody information below so the link in my previous post should work again. If anyone has some updated information on his status, other than tomorrows court date, please post it in the comments. I am sure that others would love to hear what is going on as well.

Well this just gets better and better. Immediately after his release, he was put back in jail by the Brea PD. He is now in the Orange County system and is currently in custody. His appearance day for Orange County is currently on 1-07-10 but the location I am not sure about.

So it seems that Alden is now out of jail. Released of his “Own Recognizance”. In case someone doesn’t know what that means the definition is “Sometimes called personal recognizance. A person who promises to appear in court to answer criminal charges can sometimes be released from jail without having to pay bail. This person is said to be released on his or her own recognizance.”
So onto the good news… he has a new court date and it is an early enough advanced notice that many of us can get there. Official info is all below:

So the new site is up as explained in my previous post. Good news for us today as it seems Alden was picked up on Dec 30th 09 and spent new years in Jail. He had a court appearance earlier today and apparently he was picked up on a forgery charge for writing bad checks to purchase some vehicles. He was processed at the downtown twin towers and then transferred to LA County Jail. A contribution on the old blog site states:
“Info on the arrest is correct he will be at Rio Hondo Court House in El Monte today at 1:30pm. He was arrest on a warrant that was issued for not appearing on court date in Dec. I was there he did show up but some guy saying he was the brother showed up for him.”

So I decided to update the site and use a different software. I think this will help to keep things more organized and easier to follow news and updates. The only thing I remember about this guy is his f’d up teeth but maybe he has had them fixed with all the money he has stolen.

“Mr. Allen is here in San Gabriel, CA. He came to me last year with the same story about getting me a LCD TV for an inexpensive price and he needed $100 dollars to secure the order that he placed for a large shipment. I thought about giving him the money but decide against it. This happen in 2008. Today 12/11/09 he is trying to scam one of the doctors here at the office. He has promised him an LCD TV for 250 and has not delivered the TV as yet. The Doctor actually gave him the money on Wednesday night 12/9/09. I will also supply his address it is 4544 N Delta Avenue Rosemead, CA 91770. I feel sorry for the kids.”

Apparently the address at Delta is his in laws house. I have heard he and his wife are now separated as well.
